Giovanni Agosto is an Associate Attorney at Katine Nechman McLaurin LLP, where he focuses primarily in areas of real estate and property owner’s association law. Giovanni joined Katine Nechman McLaurin in 2025 as a law clerk during law school. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in December 2025. During law school, Giovanni served as an Associate Editor for the Corporate Counsel Review, a journal focused on issues of business organizations, agency, and commercial disputes.
During his 2025 semester, Giovanni worked as an intern for the Honorable Beau A. Miller of the 190th Civil District Court, Harris County, Texas. There, he observed trials and hearings on various civil matters, drafted court orders and judgments, and conducted substantive legal analysis of motions submitted by parties in active cases on the court’s docket.
Prior to his legal education, Giovanni attended the University of South Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Giovanni was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He is a fluent Spanish speaker. In his free time, Giovanni enjoys bowling, cooking, playing electric bass, and spending time with family and friends.
